As two of Davidson Group’s clients were major banking institutions, it was essential that David obtain ISO27001 accreditation to continue providing advisory and CX consulting services to these clients. As a stepping stone towards the ISO27001 uplift, Davidson needed to modernise their Data Loss Prevention (DLP) capabilities to secure their candidate and corporate data.
Netskope’s cloud DLP was implemented which ensured all of Davidson’s workstations and end point controls were integrated to a central identity and access management system, and that end-users and groups were controlled within a single repository. An acceptable usage policy was also created to educate and coach Davidson users on correct and cyber safe behaviour.
With the DLP uplift, Davidson now has more control over data being transferred across their full SASE and CASB network suite, and better enforcement of their acceptable use of information and asset policies. With greater visibility across cloud-based incidents, malware, and credential exposures, threats are detected and blocked before they hit the end point.
