Talking about the business of Business Resilience

SEKUROKON '23

NOVEMBER 2nd 2023 | LUNA PARK | SYDNEY

“Lets celebrate our journeys and embrace the change. Challenge the status quo, be curious and be resilient. The obstacles in front of us are opportunities. Our families, friends, colleagues, and mother earth need this mindset from us, and did I mention lets have some fun. I hope SekuroKon can spark inspiration and create a community that keeps us moving forward.
– Noel Allnutt. Managing Director, Sekuro

THE BUSINESS OF BUSINESS RESILIENCE

In the 12 months since we started the conversation around the business of business resilience, organisations across Australia and the rest of the world have been exposed to more cyber attacks then ever before, and individuals have felt the impact and the burden of cyber breaches.

The Australian Government has stepped up its efforts too. On 8 December 2022, the Minister for Cyber Security, the Hon. Clare O’Neil MP, announced the development of the 2023-2030 Australian Cyber Security Strategy and in May 2023, Sekuro hosted Minister O’Neil at the office of Mills Oakley in Melbourne. Minister O’Neil made it clear that it is her government’s priority to make Australia the most secure nation by 2030. However, this is only possible through the collaboration of the best thinkers and thought leaders in Australia to uplift cyber resilience and capabilities and take a holistic approach to finding solutions.

The Minister shared her commitment to protecting Australians and putting a plan in place for future attacks involving energy systems, health care systems, and critical infrastructure.

Sekuro shares that commitment to protecting Australians and Australian organisations, and SekuroKon is the perfect opportunity for businesses to learn how to protect themselves from the ever-growing threat of cyber attacks.

We want our sessions to be sharp and impactful – 20 or 30 minute sessions to maximise your time and keep your attention focussed.
