Partnership galvanises cybersecurity capabilities across Asia Pacific
SYDNEY, Australia – 4 November 2025 — Sekuro, a leading cybersecurity and digital resiliency solutions provider, today announced its acquisition by the subsidiary of global Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator Insight Enterprises (NASDAQ: NSIT), Insight Enterprises Australia Pty Limited, marking a significant milestone in its growth trajectory. The consolidation of Sekuro’s specialised cybersecurity expertise into Insight’s globalised operations and comprehensive technology capabilities, will create even greater value to the organisations’ clients across the region.

“Since day one, our mission has been clear: to secure organisations and empower them to thrive in a digital world,” said Noel Allnutt, CEO and Co-Founder, Sekuro. “Joining Insight accelerates that mission. We’ve found a partner who shares our values and understands what we’re building, whilst catalysing enterprise-grade deployments and deeper technology partnerships. These critical enablers will benefit our clients with greater options in, and robustness and scalability of, their technology solutions.”
Building customer trust in the era of AI
The acquisition brings together the complementary strengths and expertise of the Insight and Sekuro cybersecurity and infrastructure solutions portfolio spanning Artificial Intelligence and Cloud, across Microsoft, AWS and Google. The primary objective will be to enable clients to foster trust in AI and enable a balance of AI innovation and integrity across cloud environments.
Even in an age of burgeoning cybersecurity technology – a global market of more than 4,500 vendors and 10,000 solutions – it still takes an average of 258 days to detect and contain a breach.[1]
Sekuro and Insight will work together to deploy and integrate pre-emptive, best-of-breed security strategies, frameworks and architecture to equip organisations to navigate industry complexity and guard against pervasive adversary attacks.

“Cybersecurity is no longer just an IT issue; it’s a critical business imperative. Clients across the APAC region are looking for a trusted partner to build resilience against sophisticated threats,” said Mike Morgan, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, Insight APAC. “Sekuro would bring a team of deeply respected experts and a powerful portfolio of services that perfectly complement our existing capabilities. This acquisition will strengthen our position as the leading Solutions Integrator and enable us to deliver comprehensive security outcomes for our clients.”
Continuing to Deliver Impactful Outcomes
Sekuro will continue to assist clients in building organisational resilience, through improvements to data and privacy, email and endpoint security, identity and access management, and security intelligence and analytics – streamlining architectures, modernising data pipelines and implementing effective cloud security mechanisms.
The Sekuro brand will be retained, evolving to ‘Sekuro, an Insight company.’ Their existing management team, including its founders Noel Allnutt, Karan Khosla, Daniel Fuller, Daniel Barratt, Romain Rallu and Prashant Haldankar will remain in place, as will its Account Management, Consulting, Engineering and Managed Security Services teams.
