Australian Reseller News (ARN) has been the voice of the Australian IT channel who stands tall as a huge advocate for gender diversity, holding annual events to champion gender diversity and formally acknowledge the myriad of successes of female front runners in the cyber security scene. Since it was first launched in 2012 by ARN, Women In ICT Awards (WIICTA) has grown to be an industry benchmark that champions female achievement in the field.
In its 10th year running, there are eight award categories spanning Innovation, Technical, Entrepreneur, Graduate, Rising Star, Shining Star, Achievement and D&I Champion for both companies and individuals. Remarkably, representing the entire Australian ecosystem, 205 finalists make the shortlist from a pool of more than 120 organisations and over 340 nominations.
Meet the faces of Sekuro – Prashant Haldankar, Shamane Tan, and Karan Khosla!
Amid the record-breaking number of nominations, Sekuro is pleased to announce that our Chief Growth Officer Shamane Tan emerged as the winner of the ‘Shining Star’ (multinational) category of 2021 ARN WIICTA!
Under this award category, Shamane is recognised for her achievements, excellence in spearheading company initiatives and driving strategic change in her role in Sekuro.
This year has been stellar for her individually and as a team. This award succinctly encapsulates all she has done for and will continue to do with Sekuro.
Congratulations to Shamane and the rest of the winners!
It has been a great week for Sekuro as a team and as individuals where we are also honoured by our nomination as a finalist for the ‘D&I Champion’ category, recognising our commitment in supporting diversity and excellence in the field of cyber security!
Thank you ARN for organising this year’s WIICTA and a warm congratulations to the other esteemed nominees and winners!
