War Room Simulation

What is War Room Simulation?

Sekuro’s War Room Simulation service focuses on helping you understand business risks in relation to cyber security preparedness. We help you validate the effectiveness of your incident response process by identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement to better respond to critical incidents.

How does a War Room Simulation work?

We work with you to evaluate your existing incident response processes through a customised fictious cyber security incident delivered in a table-top exercise format. This could range from (examples only) a ransomware outbreak, a malicious insider and/or a large-scale data breach.

Through a series of injects and discussion points, Sekuro consultants will guide your key stakeholders in returning the organisation back to business-as-usual (BAU) while following your existing procedures and playbooks.

Over the course of the workshop, Sekuro will assess the processes executed across all areas of your business in resolving the cyber security incident. We focus on ensuring that the simulated incident is meticulously responded to and actioned following the six-step incident response process from preparation, identification, containment, eradication, recovery and lessons learnt.

At the end of the workshop, Sekuro will provide a detailed report with recommendations on how to improve your processes and procedures in responding to a cyber security incident.
