With 15 years of experience spanning Cyber and Cloud domains, Noel has transitioned from sales leadership roles to establishing himself as a co-founder and the CEO of Sekuro. He possesses an intricate comprehension of the security technology ecosystem. Recognising the profound impact of building enterprise resilience, Noel has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive his client's long term success.
Ian Buddery - Chair of the Board
With over 30 years in the tech industry, Ian is a software engineer by background and founder of multiple software ventures including eServGlobal which he led through VC rounds to an ASX IPO followed by the London Stock Exchange in 2004.
Romain Rallu - Chief Operating Officer
Romain is an entrepreneur and business leader with a background in engineering, cyber security, and enterprise GRC. As a co-founder and our COO, Romain champions ideals of automation, scalability, and the nurturing of our invaluable human capital.

Shamane currently leads the growth and outreach function, chairing Sekuro's Customer Advisory Board as well as the CxO Tribe community. As a TEDx speaker and author of 3 cybersecurity books, Shamane is a passionate collaborator with the C-Suite and Directors in uplifting their security awareness and culture at the leadership level.
Alicia Valderrama - Chief of Staff
Alicia is strategic advisor to the CEO, taking on whole of business strategic programs with a focus on continuous improvement as Sekuro grows internationally. Alicia has been in the cyber industry for 7 years, and has excelled in a number of roles within the organisation since joining as a graduate in 2016.
